Pencil sketch. I think next time use a 2b or 2hb because I used a soft pencil and I think I got the paper got a little messy and the lines very dark. 
Next I try the inking process I didn't have a very wide point so I used a permanent marker for the structure. 

Use a middle point to differentiate doors and some furniture.
