Make an Animated Login Screen with After Effects

<p>Hey Daniel, this is pretty awesome! You definitely captured the essence of the illustration.</p><p>A few nick picks:</p><p>The lower left corner's particles feel a bit too strong, seems like they make the grass a bit muddy, maybe toning down the particles opacity would help.</p><p>The dragon's tail (energy whipping around her) seems a bit too strong and detached from the dragon's head, I would probably tone down the amount and speed and create a displacement layer that loops on top, similar to the water effects on the class.</p><p>For her body I would also probably add a couple pins on her shoulders to emphasize the breathing a touch so she doesn't feel too stiff.</p><p>The idea is to animate as many things as possible but in a more subtle way so it doesn't feel overwhelming. Maybe her loose pants could animate with the wind as well as the handkerchief around her neck.</p><p>I think the orb also doesn't loop properly, if that's made in Element 3d should be a matter of making sure the rotation ends and starts at the same number.</p><p>Over all I really enjoyed the animation, great job!</p>

I completely agree with everything you have said.</div><div><br /></div><div> I was pretty lost with the dragon as I didn't know exactly how to handle it without going over the top so I stuck with what I know. Wanted to give it some sort of celestial feeling but will have to get some more experience and learn more techniques for that specific thing.</div><div><br /></div><div>

The water orb was made with trapcode mir which I must admit I am a complete beginner with so getting to blend and loop was something I should've realised and fixed, will absolutely go back over it and implement what you have given me.</div><div><br /></div><div>
