I opted to a simple use of two fonts of the same family, Arial Black for the main title and arial unicode ms for the subtitle.

 

The first thing I modified was the tracking, bringing all characters closer, to have it more condensed.

I noticed that there was a big distance between the capital T and the next letter (in red), so I brought them closer. The "g" and the "r" have a parallel "line" between them, breaking the word in two, so I brought them closer, and reduced the kerning between the "pog" also.

 

Lastly, I saw that there was a big space between the 3 words on the subtitle, so I reduced that also.
