Lettering Practice

I've tried a little brush lettering in the past but I'm a bit rusty. For this practice I used a Tombow dual brush pen in a basic cheap sketchbook. Definitely feel I need to continue practicing this more regularly to work on my control - shaky hands in some places!

 

Colour Exploration

I've played with hue and saturation and gotten frustrated with trying to colour things with Photoshop in the past but with a couple of useful nuggets of information from this class I've learnt how easy it can be. Thanks Cat!

 

I also love the metallic textures. Much cheaper than getting prints foiled and a good way to mock up text before forking out for foil print. I think I'll have lots of fun with these :)
