First I painting a dove in blue watercolor.

 

 

I added some gold acrylic paint dots plus gold Sharpie scrolls around the wing and tail which resembled wind.

 

Then I added some gold Sharpie olive branches.

 

I painted the olive branches gold for some color pop.

 

Then added some darker blue shading to the dove for more dimension and color.

 

Finally I added gold more gold paint to the scrolls and dove to balance the look!  : )
