Using the "enhanced eyes" (and a bit more on my own to lighten and slightly tint them), the Detail Extractor (on the entirety of the eyes), Dodge & Burn and finally an HSL adjustment Gradient map adjustment to change the hair from yellow-toned light blonde to silver-toned and slightly lighter.
