I ran my wobbly handheld footage from my mirrorless Fuji camera through C4d with a placeholder figure.  Rendered in Redshift with an AOV on the object allowing me to separate the shadow as a separate pass to blur and tweak the colour in After Effects.

After some colour grade i ran through AE's warp stabilizer to remove some camera jitter.

(I tried a warp stabalized shot as an alternative in c4d but the track wasn't as accurate.)

I also found a cool method to add a rough HDRI from your phone using google streetview app.
