<p>Hey Vu, you've finished this entire course in just a couple of days? because you submitted a project not long ago. That is amazing I would love to see some gameplay and more screenshots.</p><p>And sorry the class did not "Exceed" your expectations</p>

The reason i can finish the project in short time because i didn't start from scratch. I have built many small components which i can import and use in another projects.
 
Ex: for simple animation (change color, size, rotate), i use dotween to animate by creating a component "DotweenAnimWrapper". Then i can add this component to any gameObject and start tweaking animation. It also is more efficent than animator.
 
for character control, i used state machine with strategy pattern and polymorphism and it worked very well.

for ui and visual stuffs i used observe pattern with unity event so i can make the game logic not depend on visual. 

Your course is a very good start point for beginer. I  just need more to explore
