Doodle hunt

What a great idea: doodle hunting! Just a page filled with continuous lines and looking for doodles. Find doodles and make them funny, beautiful or whatever. I find some animals for a parade and flowers and leaves to fill a vase. The class is not for Procreate, but who cares!!

The idea of this class is the same as in a class of Joe Smigielski! There I found it so difficult to find shapes in all those lines. This class helped me to find more and more shapes!  For me the secret was, do not look for a animal in all those lines, but draw a shape with the lines a make it look like an animal! When I have a shape there are no rules for me in making the shapes more interesting or funnier. I add or delete lines, add shadow or make cut outs. The class of Lisa Glanz gives me the idea of making patterns with all these creatures!

I played with the shapes to create patterns:

.Just to fit the shapes into the pattern I changed the position of the shapes. That’s why some figures have the shadow at the wrong side!Doodle hunt - image 8 - student projectDoodle hunt - image 9 - student project
