Reflect and Adjust:

    • After implementing your plan for a week, I have noticed higher energy levels.
    • I have reduced snacking a lot, thanks to water intake.
  • Prepare a Brief Report:

I've completed a week of discipline, achieving consistent gym sessions, hydrating with 3 liters of water daily, and getting 7 hours of sleep each night. I've also been fasting once a week. This plan proved challenging, especially the initial three days. However, I feel significantly better overall, with increased energy and mental clarity. The gym sessions have been beneficial, and I'm noticing improvements in my physical health. While the fasting period was tough, I believe the benefits will be worth it in the long run. I'm looking forward to continuing this regimen and seeing further progress.

 

Call to Action: with Kaizen I have realized I have time to do all the things I wish to do. All I had to do was move things and adjust my time to get overall benefit.
