Does low income and poverty cause criminal behavior?

Here are some facts that I have identified as possible causes for criminal behavoir in a society:

 

-Lack of Job Opportunities

-Limited Access to Education

-Social Influences and Pressures

 

False postives:

I am marking ths 3 examples as false positives because there is no enough evidencen to say a 100% of people living in this conditions will turn always into criminals

 

-Mental Health

-Family Disintegration

-Community Violence

 

Unexplained variance:

Even thought there are many examples of radical behavoir on individuals with metal dissorders, there are not enough data to asure all mentally ill people are criminals in potential, also to me I see it as there are to many variables that could affect the future of someone under this conditions, probabley would require an specialized metal health team that always check metal health in a society
