Hi!

Colo, I really enjoyed this class and decided to make the tortilla. I had already the ingredients so I though it was a good idea.

I used green Jalapeño instead of pimentón verde, but didn't put the seeds, so it hasn't very spicy.

The part of turning the tortilla around worked great! and the result was delicious!

Definitely will repeat this again ;)
