Thanks for the fun class, Melanie! You’re a great teacher and gave very easy-to-follow instructions. I decided to develop the cabin scene as a whole by making everything else secondary, mostly because my attempts at the contemporary and illustrative foreground foliage and stones ended looking like an entirely different painting. Ha! I ended up adding textural canvas layers on top. Inspirational class, for sure!
