I found an old photo of mine, I was around 5, in my back yard, resting on the bench in this pose, a book besides me. I loved to daydream and was probably on some kind of quest when the photographer took my photo. 

 From custom textures I had two materials, the one on the cape and the pants. I found an old paper texture online. 

I also found and old drawing of mine of flowers/plants and put it in the background.

 

This was a great class! It made me think outside of the box, especially regarding textures and things that can be scanned, gave me a couple of Ideas for future projects.

This drawing stressed me out a bit because I realized some handmade things won't work so well digitally, like the amount of detail, I feel like this might be a good illustration for a larger peace, but it's a bit simple on  it's own. But I'm glad I finished it, and mostly had a lot of fun in the process. :D
