Mindfulness has really changed my life. I've learned how to take my time, be completely present in the moment, and remain calm with my breathing practice.

I like to display the work that I create to remind myself of my affirmations, goals, and sparks of joy.

Painting abstract shapes has helped me let go of perfectionism and go back to the basics like getting to know my paints, brushes, and paper.
