DESINTOX ON GOING

I have started the social média (and IPhone) desintox.

  • set limitations for specific apps (Facebook, Instagram).  Time limitation and number of opening limitations
  • wrote a list of more productive or more interesting things to do instead of scrolling
  • set a productive planning
  • configured concentration app 
  • etc

first results :

  •  feeling better 
  • more energy
  • I stopped scrolling and watching reels
  • opening Facebook And instagram is no more a reflex
  • etc.
