Crispy Potato Rösti

I made a crispy potato rösti with a creamy cold-smoked vegan saffron crème fraîche. I garnished it with a mix of super greens and edible marigolds.
The idea for the plating is simple and understated with a touch of elegance. It is something that I would serve at home to friends or family for brunch or perhaps as part of a casual dinner.
For reference, the diameter of the plate is 8" (20.32 cm), and the rösti is 4.5" (11.43 cm).
