Creative mindfulness - student project

Hello

I was thinking of getting back to my art work but something kept me back. A nap ! after an outing at the Cornwall park. So, now I am fresh enough to tell you about how I schedule my creative mind.

 

  • Greater focus
  • Improved clarity around what you do want.
  • Enhanced insight into your potential. 
  • A sense that you can ‘trust’ yourself.
  • An awareness of being more genuine. 
  • If we believe that life is full of possibilities, then that is what we’ll observe and take hold of.
  • I took this minor clay items and watercolored them as my cute pets. I always desired to keep a pet but somehow that happened but for a short time.

  • Sameway I had baked these Cashenut Cookies but these were homemade. The color, texture and shapes were exclusive. The more happy feeling that I had done it after a long time.
  • Thank you Dandan for guiding us to find exercise of Creative Mindfullness. Although I apologise for the list of dots as somehow I could not get rid of the them.
