Creative mindfulness

I was thinking of getting back to my art work but something kept me back. A nap ! after an outing at the Cornwall park. So, now I am fresh enough to tell you about how I schedule my creative mind.
- Greater focus
- Improved clarity around what you do want.
- Enhanced insight into your potential.
- A sense that you can ‘trust’ yourself.
- An awareness of being more genuine.
- If we believe that life is full of possibilities, then that is what we’ll observe and take hold of.
- I took this minor clay items and watercolored them as my cute pets. I always desired to keep a pet but somehow that happened but for a short time.
- Sameway I had baked these Cashenut Cookies but these were homemade. The color, texture and shapes were exclusive. The more happy feeling that I had done it after a long time.
- Thank you Dandan for guiding us to find exercise of Creative Mindfullness. Although I apologise for the list of dots as somehow I could not get rid of the them.
