I've taken TWO other Coptic book binding classes and this one by far was the simplest to understand and to follow. Maribel does a great job going step by step explaining all the steps. For my book I used a mixed media paper to water color the cover. Then i followed her instructions to glue it on the board, super easy to follow. To make the holes, I used the same drill that Maribel uses but my holes came out to big. I used the smallest drill I have so looks like I'm going to have to buy a smaller one. I only covered the front side of the book as I like the raw look of the board on it's own. Class was fun and easy.... working on another one as we speak! :)
