I made use of a rarely-used large sketch pad lying around. I folded the pages into halves and used two sheets for a signature. I didn't have the waxed linen thread so utilized multicolored wool yarn. I tore the cover at two stations because I pulled the thread too tight but thankfully these were minor tears :).

All in all, it went well, if I may say so :)
