How to Draw Concrete Using Professional Markers!

Hi Miguel! Thank you so much for sharing your work! Your concrete stand has a strong and very nice character thanks to the porous effect you’ve given in the sketch. I see you’re an industrial designer as well, are you planning on making the stand physically? That would be great and looking at the form it has it might go in one go with a 1 piece mold. You can explore the ergonomics and roundness on the small tip in the front and explore different sketches of that part using the same sketching methods. Let me know your thoughts! Nice job!

Hey David! Thanks a lot for your feedback! I'm currently 3D printing some prototypes to explore the dimensions and ergonomics, but once I have the right proportions I would definitely want to explore this form in concrete! Looking forward to further lessons in sketching different textures with markers!
