Thanks so much for this insightful class! I love color theory and there is so much to learn. Lately I've been trying to be more mindful of how I use color and I feel that it has improved my paintings a bit.

I painted these oranges and leaves using a complementary color scheme so that the oranges would be the focus that pops against the blue-green leaves. Also, I chose to use cooler colors in the leaves so that the warms in the oranges would advance.
