I set these up using the MASH episode ‘Depressing News’ as inspiration for how to lay out the panels. I wanted to experiment with multiple things happening at once in the last few panels re: Hawkeye telling the photographer to ‘Go!’, the photographer taking the picture, and the tongue depressor monument blowing up all at once, so I tried using the speech bubble and the camera flash as part of the shapes to overlap and connect the last three panels.
