I think a lot of the tidbits you mentioned are told to artists frequently, but it's always nice to have a reminder or think about an idea repeatedly. I know I ALWAYS need to hear to "stay off social media." I try to limit myself, but you're right, it's so easy to get sucked in. 

 

I'm trying to be more consistent in drawing, painting, sketching, anything. Even if it's just taking really pretty notes for work or making a semi-creative looking brain dump as a map rather than a bulleted list. I love these bite-sized classes for moments when I'm struggling with what to make or where to start.
