As we prepare for the busy spring and coming of summer, I already felt the need to put my work aside and pick up the brushes....This little hummingbird was calling my name :):)  Thanks Will, your classes are always relaxing.  Your continued encouragement with the art community is so appreciated.  

Had a grand time painting my hummingbird.  So colorful and filled with life.  I have been turning more toward using the color palette I created a few months back and so far I have found it to be working out great.  I did add some lavender as this is one of my go to paints.  The salt seemed to work pretty well for me today.  Although I would still like to leave a little more white gaps in my background colors, it's always such a fun process.  I almost pulled out my straw but got moving before my paint dried :)
