Organizing a Christmas reunion can feel like a full-time project — with so many people involved, a shared location to arrange, food to prepare, gifts to buy, and all the coordination that comes with it.

This year, I decided to use my newly gained project management skills to make things easier. By splitting tasks among several members, everyone contributes a little, and no one gets overwhelmed. It’s amazing how much smoother things run when the workload is shared!
