I started out with the chouquettes because they seemed the easiest and I happened to have all the ingredients including pearl sugar. I think they turned out pretty good (and tasty) for my first attempt! The only issue I had being that I started out using a piping bag that was too small and the tip flew off! The rest of the batter I used the ice cream scoop technique and it worked much better :)
