Chocolate Cheesecake - student project

Thanks for a great class! I doubled the recipe and made it in a 25cm cake tin. I strained the whey off amasi (a type of cultured milk we have in South Africa) and used that instead of the cream cheese and it came out perfectly. Will definitely be saving this recipe for future use and will never bake a cheesecake without a water bath again.
