I've been playing chess for more than 2 years now, started after Queen's gambit came, I wanted to do this one. 

Chess.com has been very successful compared to other chess apps because of the simplicity of their app and the content that is available on their website and variants of chess as well. 

I tried to make a HOOK for chess.com.

There's more motivation for chess now than ever because of the content that is being created and because so many top players are also streaming online.

Their UI is simple and direct. Plus, after you know how to play, it's the most addictive game, when you're winning, you wanna continue playing, and when you're loosing, you want to just get that one win to shift the momentum in your favor.

I wrote in investments quarter as well but I think they can add more investments in their app to keep the new comers coming back even if they don't know how to play the game properly and if they are continuously loosing, there should be some form of free assistance to guide the players how to keep playing and win.
