I painted both cherry paintings, did the clementine painting by eyeballing the stock photo and following the instructions in the PDF (couldn’t print and risk waking the sleeping puppy under my chair), and painted a cup from a photo I shot in Paris on film. The photo is better than the painting turned out, but I think it’s because the shadows were in the front and it became difficult to really play with the shadow and highlight. I LOVE how the clementine painting turned out. It helps that the colors are very much my vibe, and that Dylan walked us through the steps.
