Hi John! Good work and thanks for sharing!I like how you've integrated the final letterform into the cat's tale. To better present the work in your class project I would consider rotating the image (can be done on your phone, if that was used to take the photograph).To develop this work further I would consider removing the black background colour and making the typographic elements fuller; so they better fill the space, but still have lines between them. Or alternatively you could remove the blue typographic elements so that you've got a negative space cut into the black background. Either way this will help simplify the work. I think having two colours could be an interesting way to go, so either pink and black or blue and pink?If producing your outcomes as handmade works, you could also consider using different paper, card and/or material. And then there is the media used to create the work, beyond crayons, you could also try using felt-tip pens, oil pastels or even watercolour? That's the great thing about this class — there is a lot of stuff you can do without a computer!Anyway, hope this helps a little and look forward to seeing any future updates and your future work! ;D
