I recently finished a stack of 30 envelopes for my daughter's first birthday invitations.

I chose a monoline calligraphy style for this particular project.

The black envelope pictures represent some experimentation with monoline calligraphy. 

This experimentation is not my class project, but a similar project that I recently finished. I've only been practicing calligraphy for ~ 6 months and I've been having a hard time with white ink on dark envelopes, so for my actual class project, I'll be doing white ink on black envelopes in my signature calligraphy hand. My signature hand is the same as above, but not monoline.
