Here's the schedule I made for myself for the end of the year in 2024. I brainstormed all the things I wanted to do to the list on the left, and then highlighted the entries as I put them in the calendar, estimating the time it would take me to do each task.

The red dates for first half of October were days when I painted/scanned/edited 12 pieces to make my 2025 wall calendar that I sell online.  The yellow is time I scheduled to take a class on Pinterest marketing and then time to implement what I'd learned. 

Things that are running tasks, like emails, social media posts, etc don't get put on this schedule because they are things that happen daily or on a regular basis and I usually do those in the morning and at the end of the day, and leave the middle of my day to work on my actual goals.
