This was a fun project to do, as it gave me a reason to get out my drawing stuff, use a new sketchbook (and not start on the first page), and try out watercolors.  I've included a few pictures of my progress to show how it developed - I had no real plan...  And, for anyone interested I'll list the materials I used below. :)

• .005 LePen Technical Drawing Pen (illustrations)
• Prang Professional semi-moist watercolors (illustrations & background)
• water brush pen
