I actually was taking this class cause I wanted to make a sick little burn-in text effect for a lil book cover reveal I was working on and this class EASILY was the best walkthrough I found. 
I ended up having to essentially make a template out of the composites he had us make so I could make different animations for each of the title effects, and ended up having to do some manual tweaking to make sure they didn't have any weird issues with shadows behind them, but overall really happy with how the effect came out!
