I drew this illustration spontaneously, on one calm evening, when my baby daughter was sleeping. And I instantly thought - I could totally teach that, this is so relaxing! And that's how my 10th Skillshare class was born!

Botanical Illustration in Procreate: Clipping Masks, Blend Modes & Composition

I get very satisfying results by sketching my botanical compositions with simple shapes - veeeery simple shapes! This helps me tremendously to draw well-balanced compositions with a lot of detail, without feeling lost in the amount of elements.
