Blueberries with Sharon
Thanks for a fun and simple class, Sharon! I enjoyed trying out watercolor blueberries - a subject I have not painted before!
This was my first try - not too bad, I think. Then, I decided to try doing 3.
They need work!
I moved on to experimenting with color.
They are not meant to be a completed painting, just trying colors. For the darker blueberry, I started with a white irridescent wash, and added deep blue gray wet-in-wet. LOVE the results of the color!
The top 2 are a combo of teal and bright blue - which I also love, just separately from the bottom blueberry.
This was so much fun! Thanks for sharing your tips on adding your own interpretation to your painting, and painting in layers :)
Happy Painting!
