My name is William Palacio. I've been a freelance illustrator for several years and have only recently decided to try my hand at art licensing. I have a full time job (As a plumber, believe it or not) Which I hate and hope to one day make my living full time off of my artwork. 

I seem to be good at drawing birds so I thought I'd try that for a first project and put a little twist by having them all wear hats.
