This was such a fun exercise! I hadn't played with my gouache for a little while so it's was a bit hard but I managed to get this pretty gum blossoms out of it!

 

I struggle to mix colours sometimes but was quite happy with these. I scanned and edited in photoshop, adding a few background colours to see what I liked. I tried a blue but couldn't find the right one and ended up with this yummy yellow and pink combo. 

I put the white background print onto Redbubble and have shared some mock-ups below - how cute! Thank you Mel, this was a lovely project that definitely gave me a confidence boost. I think I'll try not to let my gouache get crusty again and do some more practice :)
