Basic Poses

These basic poses are for beginners, and of course for everyone that likes and love yoga. We are going to start with standing bend, down dog, seal stretch, child's pose crescent lounge, cat-cow, pigeon pose happy baby yogi squat, and lastly windshield. The benefits of all poses are to Stretch and be more flexible to work on at least 3 to 4 times a week. Let's learn yoga.
