As someone who spends a lot of time manually compiling and verifying commercial real estate broker contact lists across platforms like Crexi, Transwestern and LinkedIn, I wanted to see how much of that grind Claude could take off my plate. My goal was to use two features from this course, Artifacts and Skills, to build a reusable, structured workflow that produces consistent output without me re-explaining the same thing every session. The Artifacts prompt gave me a live, interactive HTML lead tracker dashboard rendered right inside Claude. The Skills prompt generated a SKILL.md file I can upload to my Claude Project so it automatically knows how to format and summarize any broker research I throw at it. Two prompts, two lessons, one workflow I'll actually keep using.
