I used Baohong Masters' Choice 300gsm 100% cotton cold-pressed paper in size 36x25 cm and Daniel Smith's and Schmincke's tube watercolors. 

I've had a hard time painting these past couple of weeks, nothing I paint pleases me and I haven't finished a single thing, until now! Finally I feel like I'm getting my groove back.

The gray I used for the ground, clouds and the buildings is Kyanite Genuine which glitters/shimmers, I felt like it gave the painting a nice extra touch, kinda adding to the rainy theme, but unfortunately it does not photograph well at all. You can hardly see it here and this is the best photo I got:

 

So I guess you just gotta imagine it. :)
