Hello,

This is my blog: AlienCurioso. 

The English translation would be "Curious Alien"; however, I mostly write in Spanish, so I decided to choose a Spanish name.

This blog idea popped out at a crucial moment of my life. I am struggling with the bubble burst that comes when one finishes college and joins the workforce. I'm not complaining -I actually enjoy my job as Marketing Specialist-, but as time passes by, I feel as if I were losing all my hobbies and passions over a 9 to 6 on-site job. Besides, I felt rather frustrated for changing my career direction, as my dream job is in a different industry. My concept was born from the premise that I have always felt like an outcast, as an alien; so I'd rather keep exploring my human experience by making my dreams come true.

AlienCurioso is intended to be both my personal space to explore old and new hobbies, so as to document my professional milestones, like some sort of portfolio. I am targeting young, female, Spanish speaking audiences with great interest in writing, literature, audiovisual and performative arts, music, entertainment industries, fashion and languages. 

My aim is to inspire these audiences, so as to bond with a loyal community and spark opportunities for networking within creative industries.

Thank you so much for all the knowledge you shared with us during this course. About blogging, I am still getting the hang of it, but I assure you there's no way I'll ever stop soon. There's still a long way to go, but I'm having fun to the fullest while challenging my comfort zone!
