Acrylic Painting: A Peacock Butterfly

Hi Susan, Thanks so much for taking the time to submit your butterfly painting. It's lovely.  Your duo color scheme works well, especially with the dark outline around your butterfly. The texture in your background gives it a lot of interest and movement as well, which is a terrific juxtaposition to the focal point with its delicate and defined lines.  This would make a beautiful bedroom or bathroom mural. :) I hope this inspires you to paint even more!   Brigitte
