It took a few days to get all the materials ready, but I sure enjoyed this project. Once I found my collage pieces, everything just came together. The quote is from Sherlock Holmes: the Naval Treaty.

I used a cork, three number 3 brushes, some Q-tips taped together, a paper roll and the edge of the cap on my water brush.
