A drawing, a word and a selfie

After Exercise #1, Guided Visualization, I set a timer for 1-minute and drew the scene with the river and depicted all my blockages on the leaves floating away down the stream.
After Exercise #2, Journaling, I highlighted a word that stood out to me: FEAR.
After Exercise #3, Movement Meditation, I took a photo of myself looking proud that I completed the practice without shame!
