Perfect Southern Fried Chicken + Buttermilk Biscuits

This looks AMAZING!!! Sorry, I've been traveling, but holymoly your chicken looks...really perfect!  You look like you know your way around the kitchen.Let me ask you about your biscuits...they look perfectly golden, but didn't look like they rose as much as they should?  Did you use old baking pwder/soda? Did you pat it down and then fold it over onto itself several times to create the layers?  Was the biscuit dough cold while handling?  I just want to know so that I can help you make the most fluffy biscuits you've ever had.  And please, don't get me wrong b/c I'd eat them...they still look delicious:)  Anyway, I'm here to help if you have any questions or need any troubleshooting!BTW, you can use chicken cutlets and make the fried chicken and then put then assemble chicken &amp; biscuits...which are one of my favorites and don't take as long as frying a bone-in chicken!Keep making amazing food!Kelly
