I've downloaded the worksheets and am excited to follow along with Kate. Even the first exercise prompted a mini-"aha" moment: Kate says, "give yourself a day of no judgement ideation. Get all the ideas you have swirling in your head on paper." I find removing judgement is one of the hardest (but most valuable) things for me when I'm setting big goals outside my comfort zone!
Here are a few big ideas I have for this new year, which I'll work through in the exercises:
- Train for a race
- Take a podcasting class
- Find the time for 1-2 freelance jobs/month
- Work on a collaborative creative project with friends
- Meet my savings goals
