3. Select Aspect Ratio For A Perfect Video: Hello everyone. In this lecture, we are going to learn
all about aspect ratio. What is aspect ratio? Aspect ratio means it is
the size of our videos. For example, the size of
our Youtube videos are different than the size of our Instagram
videos. Why is that? That is the question we are going to answer in this lecture. Simply open your wonder
share fil Moa software. Now firstly, we are going to learn all about this section. Here, you see here aspect ratio. Simply click on this here, it will be a dropdown and
many options are there. The first option
is 16 is to nine. It is a wide screen
which all videos. It will take the full screen. It is taken by this 16 to nine, and the second is one to one, that is of Instagram. That is a square format, one is to one, and the
third option is nine to 16. It is in the portrait format. For the Youtube
reels we use this, and for the Instagram
reels we use a lot. For this, it is used in
the portrait format, and the four is to 3.3. To four, it is not used
in our day to day life. The one more thing we use, that is 21 to nine, it is used to create
the music cinemas. As a video creator, we don't use this also. The three most important

this template. It will create a new
project for you. I will cancel it and cancel. And the second option
is screen recorder. You can record your voice, you can record your screen. You can record many things
from the screen recorder. From this third option
that is auto reframe, you can reframe your videos. The fourth option is instant

it is filtered. If you want to see your
project icons as large, then you can click on this. Guys, from this section we

is Cloud Project. Simply click on this and you can keep a copy into
this Cloud project. If you don't want to
lose the projects, then you can save into
this cloud project. Here it is, Creator Hub. From here you can take the inspirations like how

create a new project. Means you have to select the aspects which

4. How To Import Media Files: Hello everyone. Today in this lecture I'm
going to explain you how to import your
media files like images, videos, and audio files. Let's open our wonder share
fil more of software guys. In the previous
lecture I have showed you how you can
create a new project. So you have to go to this create project and you have to select
the aspect ratio. For the Youtube videos, we use this wide
screen aspect ratio and simply click on
Create a New Project. As you can see here,
we have successfully created our new project guys. This part you see
from this part only, we have to import
our media files. The first and the easiest
method is you can drag and drop your files
into this Fil Moa software, or you can simply double
click here and here you have to select that destination where you have kept your file. Like I'm going to select this, all four and open it. As you can see here, guys, we have successfully imported our media files
into this project. And guys, there is
one more method that is if you go to
this import option. If you click on this many
options, are there guys, if you want to import
your videos, images, and audio files, then you can simply go from
this first option. And the second option is
import a media folder. If you want to import
a folder only, then you can go from
the second option. Here you see the third option. That is if you want to import your media files from
the phone itself, then you can import
from this third option. There are multiple
options are there, you can explore it here. The last option is
import from other apps. Like if you want to import the media files from
the Google Drive, then you can go from
this option guys, now you have got to
know that you can import the media
files by two methods. The first method is you can
dragon drop your files, or you can simply double click here to import your media files. If you want to import a folder, then you can go from
the second method, import a media folder like this, you can import your media files. Guys, next thing, record. If you want to
record your webcam, PC or voice over, you can record from
this series options. If you want to
search your files, then you can search here. You can add a filter if you want to only
videos or audios, then you can select it by here. If you click on
this ellipsis here, you see here it is a view. If you want to see the thumbnail
icons as large or small, then you can click by here. I want to keep it
as default only. You can sort it by duration. You can set this order into the ascending order or

5. What Is Timeline: Hello everyone. In
today's session, we are going to learn the
full interface of Filmora. Firstly, we are going to cover
about what is time line, what is preview window? Let's open Filmora. Let's quickly create a project
Guys, what is timeline? Timeline is nothing but whatever the editing is there
into your video. Like trimming, adding
videos in the timeline, removing green screen, and many things we can do with
the help of the timeline. Guys, this area you see
this is the timeline. Like if you click on
this custom tool bar, then multiple tools are there here like you can
undo the thing. And with the help of
quick split mode, you can split multiple
videos at once. And here are the AI tools, silence detection, or you can
do redo and undo from here. And here it is, crop
option duration, auto synchronization,
Delete option guys, if you want a quick text, then you can select
it here by here, and here it is, motion tracking, speech to text, and here it is. Split Speed, multiple
options are there here. If you click on the save button, then all the tools will be
added to this top menu. I just save it as
you can see here, all the tools have been
added to this menu guys, the next thing is here, you see here it is
a video option, it is a video track, and here it is the audio track. Like in the audio track, you can add background music, sound effects in
the audio track. Let's quickly import
some footages. In order to addit to your video, you have to simply drag this
video into the timeline like I'm selecting it to
the project setting Guys, this is the video track. I have added this video
into this video track, and here it is, the audio track. If you lock this element, then as you can see here, we can't do anything
into this video. Like we can't move
here and there. But if I unlock this log button, then here you see I can easily move this
track to anywhere. And here it is, mute option. If you click on this button and whatever the audio is
there into your video, it will be muted. And here it is, option like if you want to
hide this track, then you can hide from here. Our Pre window is on the black screen because we
have heighted this track. If you want to see this track, then you can simply undo this. Guys, this is the video track and this is the audio track. If you want to add more
tracks into your video, then you can simply click
on this managed tracks, you can add a video track, or you can add a
audio track guys before you see our video
track height is this. If I change the height, then you can see here our video track
height is increased. This is the way, but if you
want to keep it as normal, you can keep it as normal. If you want to see the heights
in the small or normal, you can keep it by here. Like I want to keep
it as normal only. And here it is,
Open Track Manager, like if you want to
add more tracks, I want to add five more
tracks of video track guys, here it is video tracks and
here it is audio tracks. If you want to add
only video tracks, then you can give me a value. Or if you want both means
you can give the values. I want two audio tracks like, I will select it
and click the Ton. Okay. As you can see here, our video tracks have
successfully added. The audio tracks is also added
as you can see here Guys, this method is very essential because if we click
on this man Tracks, then with the help of
this add video track, you can add single video track. But with the help of
this open track manager, we can add as many
tracks as we want guys. This you see here, it
is a Caesar option. What is this? This is
called a playhead. Wherever it will be, your video will be played from there. This playhead is the
most important part in our video editing because
wherever your playhead will be, you can edit your
videos from there.
6. What Is a Preview Window: Now guys, let's discuss
about preview window. We have one video that is the man is working
on the laptop, whatever the things we have
added into our timeline, that will be displayed
in the preview window. Here you see guys, this window, you see this window is
called a preview window. From here, you can
preview the things. Like for example, if you want
to go 1 second backward, then you can click here. Here you see here, second
Saturday, 1 second backward. And from here, you can
go 1 second forward. From here, you can play
and pause the video. For example, now
we play the video. You can press the Space button to play and pause your video. Here you see here
is the Stop button. If you click on it, then
your video will be stopped, then the playhead will be
moved to the left side. At the starting point, I will click on it and it will
go to the starting point. Here are the controls, play and pause the video, and to stop a video here
controls are there guys. Let's say I want to
render from here to here. Here you see here it is, the option if you click on it, then here you see this part
of the video is selected. If you want to export this part, how much part you want to
select, you can select it. And after that, if you
want to export this, you can click on the export and your video will be exported. Now guys, I want to come
out from these things. I can press on my
keyboard as escapes. The next option is here, you see if you click on it. Then from here also you can
change the aspect ratio. Here you see, firstly, I have selected
as 16 is to nine, now I want to keep it
as mobile aspect ratio. That is nine to 16. After that, I will click
on the Okay button. Now here you see guys. Our aspect ratio is changed. Guys, this is the
mobile aspect ratio. Like this, you can change
the aspect ratios. I will make it as
default only 16 to nine. That is for Youtube. I will click on the Okay. Here are the zoom levels. For example, if you want
to zoom a specific part, let's say I want
to zoom this hand. Then I can simply
select this as zoom. And here are the percentages. For example, I will
select it as 50% Now from here you see here
it is a box Guys like this. You can zoom the things
guys when this option is helpful means if you want
to blur the specific part, then you can simply
zoom the levels. After that you blur the
things and you can go back to the zoom level and you
can click on the fit guys. This moment you want
to take a snapshot, then you can simply
click on it guys. If you want to make
thumbnails in your video and you want a specific
part into your video, here you see here
is a shape format. If you click on it, then
there are two options. That is PNG and JPG. Now we'll select it as JPG
and here are the destination. So I will keep it as default only and I will click
on the Okay button. Now here you see guys
Snapshot is added. If you want to see where
this image have been saved, then you can select
it and you can write, click here, here it is. Option reveal in Explorer. Or you can use the shortcut as control shift R. I
will click on it. Now here are our images. You can simply copy it and
paste it wherever you want. For example, I will paste it as here we have successfully
taken a screenshot. Guys like this, you
can take a snapshot and here are the volumes guys. If you increase and decrease, this volume means this will not affect into your
actual project guys. Now let's say you have
created your video and you want to see it
into the full screen. Here you see here
it is the option. If you click on it, then your video will be played
in the full screen. You can press on
your keyboard as space and your video
will be played. Now I've showed you
all the bottom tools and here are the duration. Here you see our video
is for 6 seconds. We have created a 6 seconds. Now if you want to go a
specific part, for example, you want to go to the 3 seconds, you can click on it and you
can adjust the settings. For example, I will
write it as three. If I click on the Enter, then this playhead
will be placed in the three second Here You
see guys, here it is. Playback quality here, I have
kept it as full quality. If your system
configuration is low, then you can keep it, the
preview quality as one is two. And all these things, guys, what I'm showing you in
the preview window does not affect into output
or into your video. If your system
configuration is low, then you can keep it like this. You can change the
playback quality also. Now guys, the next most
important thing is layout mode. If I click on it, then here
many layouts are there. By default, the layout,
it would look like this. Now guys in the film, a tool on the feature is added here. Guys, what you can do from this panel means you
can select the video. And here you see here are the transform controls,
compositings, here are the drop
shadow auto enhance, all the tools are here. Only guys, if you
want to adjust this, you can adjust it like this. And here are the
color correction, speed changing from here. Also, you can
transform your videos. I want to reset my video. Then I will click on the Reset. Now guys, I don't want
to keep this panel here. I want extra space in my video. I want to remove this panel, and I want to keep
in this panel, whenever I double click here, then the Properties panel
should be displayed here. All you need to
do is you have to simply click on
this layout mode. And here you see here,
it is a classic. If you click on it,
then the panel will be removed and you will
get extra space. Now where the panel is gone, if I double click here, that panel is displayed here. Only guys, wherever the
panel you'd like to keep, you can keep it, for example, you can keep it as default only. But throughout this course I
will be keeping as classic. I will get the extra space. And after that I can
simply double click here. And here are the
transform controls. Here are many layouts also guys, you can simply click on it. And you can see here, you see in the organize, all the properties will
be displayed like this. And here are the
import sections. From here you can import
your media files, and from here you can edit it. Whichever the properties you want to see, you can
see it from here. And this is a preview video. If you click on the timeline, the property panel will
be displayed here. Guys, if you want to
create a short video, then you can use this panel. Here are the properties panel and here it is,
the import panel. Now I will make it as default default, it
would look like this. I want extra space. Then
I can simply click on this classic here you see guys. Now the next option is save. You can save your
project from here. Or you can use a shortcut
as controls log in. And from here you can export your video if you want to
record your voice here. Or you can use Altar. I will click on it. And from here you can record your voice. If you have seen a magnet, then how it will
attract at the end. Now this option is like that. Only if you're on this. Then I will move it gradually. This is at like a magnet
guys, The next is fit. If you want to fit
all the things, let's say you have zoom out. And here you see if you want to fit all these things
into the timeline, then you can click on it. Then the footage will be fitted according

for Youtube audio library, and click on the first link. Here you can see guys here, plenty of background music are present in the Youtube
audio library. You can download any kind of your background music
from this site. You see here it is, the mic, here it is, Sound effects. If you want to download
the sound effects, you can search it by
here. Here it is. Start. Firstly, we are
going to see the music. Like if you are making a
motivational video, for example. You can search it as motivational music Or you can
search it as motivational. Here it is the results. Let's play it. Here
you can see guys, many background musics
are present here. Many moves are there, like happy Music Angry
Music Bright music, Many music. Are there guys? For example, you
want more music. You saw this page. And if you want more music, then you can simply
go to this next page. Here you see here
many music are here. You see license type. You don't have to provide
any credit to the owner. If you mouse hour on this license type here you

two background music. In order to add the
background music or sound effect into the Fila, we need to open Fila. Let's create a new project. I will make the size as small, I will keep it here. In order to add a
background music, you have to select this and drag it into the
import media section. Here you see our background
music and sound effects have imported successfully. In order to add a background, all you need to do is
you have to select it and you have to drag
it into the timeline. If you want to make
the timeline as small, then you have to press the
keyboard button control. Then you have to scroll
the mouse wheel. Here you see our time
line is becoming small. If you want to fit this window, then you can simply click
on this fit to window. The audio will be fitted as the time line guys I have showed you in
the previous lecture. That is, this is
the audio track, and this is the video track guy. If you want to mute this, then you can simply click
on this mute option. If I play the video, see voice is coming. Because we have muted
this, let's mute it. Let's add a video into
this video track. Let's take a video from the stock media and drag
it into the timeline. Here it is. Key, project setting

higher quality is there, you can select it
like this is 25 PS. This is 29.9 PS. This has FPS. You can add a video into the upper side and you can
play the background music. Here you see if you want

sound effect also, then you have to go to
this media option only. For example, I am adding
these two sound effects. Let's add it into this timeline. Drag it into the timeline. Cut it guys. This is the way how you can download the background

8. How To Speed Up & Slow Down Your Video: Hey guys, in this
lecture we are going to explore how can we speed up
and slow down our videos. For example, how can we
make our videos two x or three x speeder or slower By simply
changing the speed, open your Filmora software, download the videos from the resource area and try to
do the things along with me. Let's quickly import some videos into the Filmora software. You can drag and drop your files or you can
simply double click here, I'm selecting these two footages and click the button open. Let's drag one video
into the timeline. Here you see. Let's
play the video. As you can see here guys, the woman is slowly
entering into the car. Once again, I will show
you guys after doing full screen. Let's
play the video. As you can see, the woman is slowly entering into the car. But guys, if you want
this woman or girl to go faster into the car or
go slower into the car, then what we can do it then
we can change the speed. Select the video, here
you see guys, here it is. Speed option. If
you click on it, here you see Uniform
Speed. Click on it. Here you see you want to increase the
speed of your video, then you can simply drag this forward to
increase the speed. Or if you want to
slow down your speed, then you can simply
drag it backward. Or you can simply
set the value here. For example, I'm going to set this value as two x
click the button, Okay, Now if I play the
video, see the results. The gull is going
faster into the car. Once again, I will
play the video. This is the difference. We can change the speed. Now simply go back
to the options. If you want to make this reset, then you can click on it. Here it is, speed ramping, Click on it, and

to decrease the value, then you can decrease the

There are more options. If you click on this video and click on this speed
option, here it is. Speed ramping, what
all the things I've showed you that
is speed ramping. This is a montage hero movement. Many moments are there, or you can simply customize it. If you click here, here it is. Slow guys. If you want to make
the speed as slow, for example, your
video is a normal. If you want to slow
down your video, then you can simply
click on this 0.5 Let's click on it and play
the video Here. I will make this
screen as full screen. Let's see, the Gal is slowly
entering into the car. Have you saw the difference? Let's select this video and
come into the speed options. Here it is 0.50 0.25 If you
want to make your video slow, then you can select the options. If you want to make
your video faster, then you can set this
value as two x or four X. For example, I will
click on this two X. Let's play the video. Here you see the gull
is entering faster. One more option, if you
hover on this past option. Here you see four X. If you click on this, then your video will be more faster. Let's see, the well is going
more faster than that. I will make it as full
screen and I will play it. This is the difference. I will make it as normal. Here it is. If you want to make
it as normal only, then you can simply click
on this normal option. Your video will be normal
at the previous condition. Guys, the one more option is freeze frame that
if you click on it, then here you see the girl
is standing at this point. If you play it, the girl
is stopped for 5 seconds. After that she will walk. This is the way how you
can freeze this frame. If you want to frame, if you want to freeze this video or if you want
to freeze any moment, then you can use it from the
starting. I will show you. Let's play. The girl
is walking slowly. After that, she
freeze for 5 seconds. And after that, she will walk wherever you
want to freeze. You have to give the playhead and select
the speed option, and you can freeze it. By here the guy is. Freeze now for 5 seconds, if you click on this, then
you can reverse the video. I will delete these
freeze frames. You can right click it
and you can delete it. Let's say you want

give a border now, I can apply this effect. I can drag it and drop it here. I just make it as last here. You see the border is
applied to the video. See guys, how beautiful it is, looking like this guys. We can add any effects. I just delete this one more way. If you select this effect, then you can drag
it into the video. Also like this, you
can add the effect. One more effect I will
show you now guys, let's add a new effect. Simply click on the

the Filmora software. As I have imported here, what I have done means
I have simply dragged this and drop it
into the timeline. Now guys, what is the meaning of cropping and pan and zoom? Now guys, just do the
things and understand it. I simply select it. And after that, here you
see here it is, the icon. If you click on it, then here you see there
are two options. The first is crop and the
second is Pan and Zoom. Firstly, we will
discuss about what is cropping. I will click on it. Now, here you see
guys in this panel, Many options are there. Here. Here it is,
the aspect ratio. If you click on it
here, here it is. 16 to nine aspect ratio, one to one aspect ratio. Here you see if I
click on it here. From here we can change
the size of the box. If we want only this part and we don't want this all part, we can simply crop this. I simply crop this here. Like this guys, I want only
the head of this parrot. If I want to apply this, I can simply click on
this Apply button. Now, here you see guys. Now if I play the video,
see the difference. Basically, what we have done means we have removed the
other part of the video. Once again, I will select this and I will go to
this crop option. Basically, there are
many aspect ratios. You can select it
like this here. If you select this
916 aspect ratio, then this aspect ratio we use
for the Instagram stories, real stick to videos, we use this aspect ratio
from this entire video. If you want only this part, then you can simply crop this. If I click on the Apply button, then our video will be cropped. Guys, what you can

change the size of the box. Now the drawback of this aspect ratio is if I

from the custom option, how much part we

a background music. With the help of this four, I have created that video guys, why we are using this
green screen only, Why not white or black? Because in the green screen we'll remove the
background perfectly. That's why we use green screen. In order to remove
the green screen, first we have to
click on this video. And after that, here you
see here it is, icon. If you click on it, then
there are three options. If you click on this chroma key, then your green background
will be removed perfectly. Or you can use a shortcut key as control shift I
will click on it. Here you see our green
screen is perfectly removed. Guys, there is one more way
to remove the green screen. If you double click
on the video, then the properties will be
displayed in front of you. Here you see here many
options are there. It will be as basic, here are the tools. If you click on
it, then here you see it is option of chroma key. If you turn off this, then the green screen
will be displayed. If you turn on this, then the green screen
will be removed. From here you can
see the tolerance. I will click on the okay button. Now, now guys, we have
removed the green screen. But if you want to add
a background to it, then how we can add a
background to it here. This video is in
the first layer, I will drag this into
the upper layer. Here you see I have
imported a background. Also I will simply drag
it into the timeline. Now I will remove this
much part of the video. I will click at the corner
and I will drag it like this. Now I just play the video here, you see guys, our tiger
is in the enlarged. We want to resize this tiger. If you double click here, then go to the basic option. And here are the transform. You can move it

this color option. Here you see guys, many lers. Are there guys? What is the meaning of Ls? Ls means somebody have already color correction in their
video and they make a lot. It is a collection
of many changes. Which type of feeling you
are providing in your video. It is in the daytime. If you want to make
it as a night time, you can use the S here. It is a black and white lot. Or if you don't want
to use this alerts, then you can simply do
color correction here. Here you see, I will
make it as none and I will make it as
a normal simply. I have added this
kind of videos. Now guys, if I want to color, get this video, then
how can I do that? Now I want to
brighten the video. Now I will select this video, and after that I will
double click here. Now the properties panel will be displayed here in your PC. The properties will be

into our video. All we need to do is we
have to select this. Our lots will be added to it. Which type of mood you want
to display into your video. You can choose a lot. Or if you don't
want to use the Ls, you can simply
click on this nun. After that, you can
balance the color. Here you see, here
it is exposure. If you increase, the
exposure will be increased. The video is becoming
as brighter. Here it is, the brightness. Here it is, a contrast. Now I'm increasing the contrast. While I'm increasing
the contrast, the color is becoming
bright here. Here it is, vibrance, here it is saturation, here it is white, black. If you want to make your
video as black guys, whichever mood you want to apply into your video,
you can apply it. Like for example, if you
want to make it as cold, then you can change
the temperature. See, while changing
the temperature, the video is
completely changing. The mood is also changed

this red color only, then we can simply

change the colors. Whichever color you
want to change, you can change it like this. If you want to make it as orange or red or you want
to make it as pink, then you can use guys. What is the use of
these colors means? Whichever color you want to select into your entire video, then you can select
it from here. If I want to select
the green leaves, then I can simply select
the color as green. And after that, I can change it. In the background, you see the green color, it is changing. We can change the mood guys. And once all the
changes have been done, click on the Apply button. Now guys, with the
help of color grading, we have changed the color of this parrot and also we have changed the
color of this cow. Guys, from the color grading, we can achieve anything
we want or we can make our video feel as
morning, afternoon. We can achieve many things
with the help of or getting. We can achieve numerous things. We can make it as
night or morning. We can change the color. Also, you have saw that
