1. Introduction: Welcome to my videos. My name is Dimitri Dimitrov, and I'm a musician, pianist, mild coach and entrepreneur. I'm very happy to be recording these videos and sharing them with you because as you can rate in the description box about me, I'm extremely passionate about self awareness and self development. I believe that there's really no end to what we can accomplish in achieve in this life. As long as we're willing to be honest with ourselves and put in the work necessary with these videos, I'm going to share my weekly life experiences with you. I'm going to talk to you about the lessons I learned, the experiences I have, the things I do wrong in the things I do right and what keeps me going forward. I will be extremely happy to hear back from you throughout these videos and help you with any questions you might have. I wish a great pleasure watching 2. Ups and Downs: in life. There will be always moments when things don't go well when you struggle, when you don't know what to the next and you feel like giving up. And there will be always those moments when everything switches back to normal. When switches back to being positive, being enthusiastic, feeling strong, feeling powerful feeling like you're able to conquer the world and our only choice in life is to find how to be strong and stable every single day. That doesn't mean that you have to feel superb every single day. But that means that you have to find a general stability which can keep it going constantly forward so you can improve and develop consistently because your other only options to actually give up and decide that you are not going to go after anything and I don't consider that is unacceptable option because we're made to improve were made to grow and develop. I was always interested in how to find a way to steadily improve every single day without exception. That was always interesting to me because I saw that challenges are inevitable and I didn't like the option off being bouncy feeling one day extremely good another day, extremely bad and my work suffering because of that, my life suffering because of that. So I thought the best option will be to find a way to be steady, stable and to be able to constantly move forward without being distracted without getting off track too much. I've always dreamed about achieving very big things, and I still do. But I realized something very important. We hear a lot people talking about for in your dreams, finding out your patient, etcetera. But in my opinion, that's taking too much forwards looking too much ahead. What I discovered works really well, is having something going for you every single day, having something clear toe accomplish something clear to achieve every single day. It doesn't have to be bigger. All he doesn't have too few, even special. You just have to have something very clear every single day of your life. And you know what's very interesting is that once you start going after something every single day, when you wake up and you think about all the clear tasks you have to complete at some point in your life, you're going to start finding things. You're passionate about. It works so naturally it works in such a pure way that I can't help but talk to you about it. It is so special to me, because in the past, when I struggled a lot with dreaming and and wanting so much to achieve big things, I didn't see how simple it can actually be in how much faster you can get to your dreams and passions. If you follow simple steps every single day and you don't actually have to look for a real connection between your daily tasks, little daily goals and your patience, your dreams, the big things you want to achieve, there doesn't have to be any connection. You know, it's all about you developing and improving every single day, shaping up your character, shaping up your personality, your way of being, finding out more about yourself, learning, getting to know yourself, how you function, what works for you, what doesn't work for you. And the more you know about yourself, the happier you are, the more stable you are, the more you start realizing what you're passionate about, what makes it sometimes extremely difficult to maintain a steady pace forward and actually be focused and be concentrated on your daily goals and your plan of action is the easy access to information we have these days. I mean, I've had periods in my life where I would follow and watch people online all their long. I would go to YouTube and what all the successful people I confined and listen to them speaking. Listen to them how they succeeded, watch the things they have. But that never really helped me after they were to our four back into my own misery and I would actually feel worse then I felt before what those videos. And so what I discovered was that I had to find my own way. I had to think for myself, and I had to see what works for me. My main thing. Waas. How am I feeling after doing something after saying something? And so when I watched YouTube videos or when I watched any type of videos and I saw that the next day I felt miserable and I felt worse and I didn't have any ambition anymore, and I didn't have any wish to do anything with my life. I realized that must not be the answer The answer is not watching successful people having what they have or talking about what they have. That was not the answer for me. And so I started looking within myself and I started finding what works for me. That's how I came to actually record these videos because I said, Okay, I'm going to record my process. I'm going to share with you the things I realize on my journey, and I'm going to talk to you about my mistakes and and how I overcome the difficult moments and what I learn and what works for me and hopefully can benefit from it. But the best thing I can tell you, so you have to take action for yourself. So, for example, when you watch this video, my strong recommendation and our people saying that in as many videos as I can is to go and do something. If you get inspired from a video, it doesn't have to be these videos can any other video or podcast or whatever you're doing to inspire yourself and motivate yourself is go after that, finish the video or the podcast or whatever it is, and go and do something big, consistent with something because, like I said in the very beginning of the video, these videos about feeling better and feeling worse. But what was important was that you keep on going, that you keep on doing things every single day. And so if something uplift you a little bit after you're finished going, continue with your work. Because I know from personal experience if you sit and if you spend your time observing somebody listening to somebody watching somebody and that's the only thing you do, you're going to feel bad. After that, you are not going to get very far. If you're looking for some kind of truth, that truth is going to be only within ourselves. Nobody can give you the answers to your own life. People can help you. People can guide you, but you have to rely on yourself and the best. The best advice I can give you in these videos find tasks for yourself to keep you busy, to keep you occupied every single day and for as long part of the day as possible. Make sure that once you wake up, you have something to do something clear. It doesn't matter how small it is. It doesn't matter how trivial it seems to you. It doesn't have to be anything big, grand, special. No, it doesn't have to. You're going to get there. If you have simple, primitive tasks to do every single day, I can promise you that you will get to a better place. If you do that, find the strength and have the character to get a little distance from all the flesh and special things we see online, that would be my advice that would make you extremely happy. Stop drooling over people. Stop drooling over things. Start drooling over yourself. Start finding who you are. Start loving more yourself. Start knowing yourself more. Don't follow what everyone is telling you. Find people who inspire you to be you. If you can find people that inspire you to be you to inspire you that you're special and to help you find what's special about you, that's your best shot. You don't have to be like anyone else. You don't have to do a lot of people do in order to succeed. That's far from the truth. It's not going to make it happy. And even if you achieve something because, of course, things work. People find ways that work. That doesn't mean that that's you. That doesn't mean that's going to work for you. That doesn't mean that's going to make you satisfied and fulfilled in the past. I've tried so many times doing exactly what people online say, and after that I fell deep inside me that that wasn't right for me. It didn't work for me, didn't fulfill me, didn't make me feel complete. I didn't feel in the right place and I refused. I always refused. If something didn't feel right, I always refused to do it further. I stopped immediately and I started asking myself questions. And that's how I discovered that I had to do something every single day, things that make me feel stable and things that encourage my character to grow and develop and become stronger. I think that will be enough for my first video, that many more things I want to share with you. But I'm also extremely curious to hear back from you. These videos would work the best if we have interaction and if you ask me questions if share your own personal experiences and struggle, so for example for this video, you can easily let me know what keeps you going. What keeps you motivated? What do you do when you have ups and downs? What? You what? Your strategy. It will be very fun to interact with each other. And I will help you with any questions you have. For me, making this video was extreme pleasure. And I'll see you in the next one. 3. Being Tough on Yourself: Welcome to today's video. How are you doing today? I hope everything is okay with you. And I'm gonna happy that you're watching this video. Today has been a very good day for me, filled with a lot of work filled with a lot of challenges. But it has been a better day than the previous ones. And that's because in the previous days I was trying to figure a lot of things out. I didn't give up, I kept on going and they things started to in vote. Things started toe workout. I started learning new skills and that's one of the things I want to talk to you about. How when he don't give up, when you don't bend under difficulties on their challenges and if you simply decide toe keep on going and keep on putting one foot in front of the other, you're going to get to a better place. There is no question about that. The question is, how tough can you be? Can you be really tough on yourself Now, on the other side, I want to address the people who can be tough and let me explain what it means. I've had periods in my life where I couldn't possibly be hard on myself, could possibly be tough on myself. I couldn't possibly gets my rear end to actually do something. I've been so depressed in the past that the only thing I could think of is how not to do anything. And I think it's worth addressing people who are in the state of mind because there many of those people, many people who don't know what to do with their lives And even if you're not one of those . But you know, people like that, show them this video or talk to them yourself. After you watch this video, it's very important that you find people who can support you. It's very important that you find people who can confirm that who you are is okay and you can get to a better place. You can always get to a better place, and today has been a day for me. That proves that things are possible. Things are possible if you keep on working on yourself if you keep on moving forward. If you're honest with yourself and just try to get better every single day, all you have to do is get into some kind of good moment once you're in a good momentum, where you doom or of the right things and less of the wrong things, we're going to talk a lot about in the future videos about those kind of things and about those subjects. But once you can get into a good momentum, you can start working on your toughness because toughness is very, very important to go back a little bit into how I started the video because I wanted to tell my experience. I feel that every time when you meet a little challenge, it can be really, really a small challenge. That's why you shouldn't underestimate anything in life, anybody and anything. If you have a little challenge, try toe. Always be tough on yourself and overcome it. Try to find a solution yourself. That's actually very important. To be stressed that you have tow, find the solution yourself, try your best to find it yourself. That encourages toughness that encourages strength of character, and I have experienced this many times in my life. But in the last couple of days that got confirmed, and so I wanted immediately to shoot a video while I'm very fresh with those thoughts because you know otherwise, I'll forget about it. And in a few weeks, of course, that can come again, and I can make a video about it. But it's really nice to address things when they're very fresh, because then it will have more impact also on me. And, of course, also knew the last couple of days because I had to deal with a lot of challenges and I had a good period, a period in which I actually forced myself to do a lot alone by myself without asking so much for support. I felt today that I got so much stronger and every time you overcome something, you're going to experience this feeling and it's wonderful. It's worth fighting for this failing the feeling of being mawr empowered the feeling of being stronger, the feeling of being more capable, and that happens mainly with as a code, biting your teeth, clenching your teeth and simply pushing forward through whatever it is, doesn't matter how bad it is. Doesn't matter how tough it feels. You know, I was thinking today and that's we all want to achieve different things. We all want to get different things done. But at the end of the day, it happens that if you go after something and you want to get something done, you want to get something accomplished. It's also so important to realize and to know that is the person you've become, while you're accomplishing whatever it is you want to accomplish today. Because I went through a lot off challenges the last couple of days, I had to. Like I said, I had to figure out a lot of things. I felt not only that they learned more and that I accomplished part of the tasks I needed to accomplish. But I felt that I was being a different person, and I can tell you that that's as rewarding, if not more than the practical things you accomplish, who you become, the person you're shaping in tow first for the main goal for me. Worse and is always going to be toe become a better person to improve as much as I can in this life because you know what, When you when you improve when you get better yourself, you're also going to be able to deal with challenges in a better and better way. So both things go together. You're accomplishing practical things, but you're also becoming a better person. And that's why I mentioned also toughness in the beginning, because toughness is going to get your character to a better place in the future. When you encounter something you're going to be able to do with it much better than today. That's why I said, like also, when you have some little challenges, don't underestimate them, conquer them And few proud of what you conquered. The thing you want to accomplish in this life or let's say the next goal you have it's all a matter of character and character is simply how tough you are. It's not about talent. It's not about how good you are. It's something. It's about how interested you're in something and how much effort you willing to put into it. Once you feel that you really want toe, achieve something to become good at something to accomplish something, I can assure you that you have what it takes from the town perspective because we also often talk about talent and I got in the past. So influenced by the idea of talent and my talented enough. Am I going to be good enough? Am I going to be capable enough to do what I want to do? Success has nothing to do with talent or capabilities. If you have a very high interest in something, and if you're willing to be tough and work on your character, improve your character, develop your character every single day, you're going to get that desire thing. There is no question about it today that has been confirmed a game. To me, the toughness and character is what matters the most. If you go through challenges and you overcome challenges, you're going to become tougher. You're going to become with a stronger character and you're going to experience every time . You know, progress promises never like this. It's always some weird movements. Generally, the movement is upward, but their periods of time here and there, where you will feel that you become better, that you become stronger. And in those periods you're going to recognize consciously that you actually are talented. Exactly what I mentioned earlier. That's where you feel that you have the talent that you have, what it takes to be good at whatever it is You want to be good at talents and abilities. That's none of your business. You shouldn't think about it. You should think every single day when you wake up, you have to think about how strong can I get today? How much stronger can I get today stronger than I was yesterday? Can I do something in order to improve my strength, my inner power. As long as you do that, you're going to move forward. And the funny thing is that I was just thinking when I was talking to you about this how one day. Suddenly, if you empower because you pushed the previous days and you feel like you're on top of the world, you can accomplish anything. That's it. I've got it. I've got the steering will and I can manage my life. And I was thinking how tomorrow I can wake up and have a terrible day full of challenges full of things that don't work out and I want to tell you about is that that can happen. That can happen, and that will happen in life. And that's why to me, it was always so important. I was always convinced that the most important thing, and I'm going to repeat that in every video because that what has to keep you inspired, that's what has to keep you motivated. What matters the most is you being strong and getting stronger every single day. It doesn't matter if have good days. It doesn't matter if have bad days. Watered counts is who you are, who you are and who you are becoming going after. Something is great. Accomplishing something is great, but it's all secondary compared toa what you're becoming too. You're becoming so wake up every day, have your clear tasks. You have to have clear goals every single day. Clear tasks. That's what's going to keep going. By the way, when you have every day tasks is that clearly written down. You know what you have to accomplish today. It's not about your big dream. Only you're going after that anyway. But you have to have clear tasks for the day. Primitive, simple, trivial. Whatever they are, thinks goes. They'll goes that work for you that make a few stable that encourage discipline, self control, consistency. As long as you're doing that every single day you're going to go through the difficult days in an easier way. You're going to manage for the most important thing is big, consistent every single day. I'm going to record these videos with pleasure to remind you how important consistencies it can never be enough. It can always be better. Consistency is everything. Anyway, this was it for today's video. I have nothing else toe ad that's on my mind right now. I just wanted to share with you about being tough and how well it pays off. Some days. That's the beautiful. An interesting thing about life is just some days that they're wonderful. And then the next day you're back into reality. You have to just keep on working. You have to keep on working every single day. That's what it is about and get better every single day. Don't forget that. For me, recording this video was a great pleasure. I will be more than happy to hear back from you with questions requests. These videos are going to be even more useful and interesting when we start interacting with each other, so I'm looking forward to that again. Great pleasure for me. Thanks for watching, and I'll see you in the next video
